roma gypsies in poverty world wide

the roma gypsies have a problem since they do not have a country and president and by reasearch probably never had in the past,my name is robbin david lakatos of toronto canada and i felt this would be a good discussion since iam a roma gypsy by nationality we find it very hard to improve are status since there is no govermental organization whith in are nation which makes the individuals of the nation work as goverments alone with little suport from some non profit organizations whos power is limited.the roma gypsies are one of the nations of the world like eny other nation so why shouldnt they be part of world organizations that work for world peace and poverty reduction that would be need for this nation.
